The second part of the former Stella Maris retreat center in Skaneateles has been sold to a Connecticut-based limited liability company.
The parcel of residential vacant land sold to Gracen Investors, LLC for $5.6 million. It was assessed for $4 million, records show.
The property is at 130 Genesee St. in the village of Skaneateles.
The seller was Project Bookends, LLC.
The land was part of the former Stella Maris retreat center. The center was torn down in 2019 after plans fell through to relocate and expand the Skaneateles library on the site.
The property was split into two parcels.
The first parcel sold for $5.8 million to FMK Two, LLC.
