Dave Ramsey’s Franklin estate is now on the market for $15.45 million.
The Christian person finance guru heads Ramsey Solutions, a financial counseling firm that he launched in 1992. The company’s headquarters relocated to Franklin in 2019 and is now one of Williamson County’s largest private employers. Ramsey is also a best-selling author and the host of a nationally-syndicated talk show that is broadcast from Franklin and aired on more than 500 stations.
Ramsey’s 14.38-acre hilltop property features six bedrooms and seven full bathrooms and 13,545 square feet of living space, according to the property’s Redfin listing.
Built in 2009, the home’s other features include two partial bathrooms, five fireplaces, three staircases and an elevator.
The fully-fenced home is located in a gated neighborhood and flanked by two “buffer lots.” The property includes more than 6,000 square feet of covered porches, garages and storage spaces.
The outdoor space has several patios, a pool and a jacuzzi.
Ramsey and his wife plan to build on land they own south of Franklin, Ramsey Solutions spokeswoman Megan McConnell told Nashville Business Journal.
The listing is held by Kelly Gammer of Brentwood-based Capital Realty Group, according to Redfin. The real estate and commercial development company is led by Winston Cruze, who is married to Ramsey’s daughter, Rachel.
