Flutter Entertainment PLC said Monday that it is considering listing a small share holding in its U.S. business FanDuel, but it added that no decision has been made at this time.
The Dublin-based sports-betting gaming company–which owns brands including Paddy Power, Betfair, FanDuel and PokerStars–said that it “regularly evaluates its organizational and capital structure to assess how best to position itself to deliver upon the group’s strategy.”
